TRUSTCHURN

About

Show us your churn

TrustMRR shows what SaaS make. TrustChurn shows whether their customers stay.

Why it exists

Revenue says how big a SaaS is. Churn says whether it works. A SaaS at $3K MRR that loses 2.0% of its customers a month is in better shape than one at $20K that loses 10.0%.

Founders with good retention can't really prove it. A screenshot can be edited and a number in a form can be made up. So TrustChurn reads it from Stripe, with a read-only key the founder creates, and computes it with the same formula for everyone. The formulas are public.

What founders get

A verified public profile, a place in the ranking and a badge for their site. And a private list of who's leaving this month: scheduled cancellations, trials about to end, failed payments, cards about to expire. With an email when something needs an answer.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't write to your Stripe, store your customers' names or emails, or sell anything about you or them. What we ask and what we keep.

Who's behind it

I'm Luis, and I build and run TrustChurn from Spain. You can find me on X as @lmfresneda, or write to hello@trustchurn.com. I read everything.
