Who we are
TrustChurn is operated by TrustChurn, Spain. Contact: hello@trustchurn.com.
The service
TrustChurn reads subscription data from your Stripe account with a restricted, read-only key you create, computes churn metrics, shows you a private list of customers at risk, and shows a public profile with your churn and, once you meet the minimums, a place in a ranking. The service is free.
Your account and your key
You must be authorized to connect the Stripe account you connect. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the key and everything derived from it. You're responsible for your sign-in email.
Your customers' data
For the private list we process personal data of your customers (names, emails) on your behalf, as a processor, only to show it to you and to send you alerts. We don't store it. The data processing terms in our privacy policy apply.
Public profiles
Connecting means accepting that your profile is public, from that moment and for as long as you stay connected. You choose what it shows besides your monthly churn; to take it down, disconnect. The numbers come from what Stripe returns for your key. Neither you nor we can type or edit them: we only compute them, with the published methodology, so they may differ from other tools. What the profile shows may be shared, indexed and quoted. Your name and icon stay yours: you let us show them on TrustChurn and in its share images for as long as you're connected, and you confirm you have the right to. We may hide a profile that looks manipulated or breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't connect accounts that aren't yours, try to inflate the ranking, scrape the site at scale, republish the ranking or the profiles in bulk, use them to train AI models without our written permission, or attack the service. Quoting a profile or the ranking with a link back is welcome.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as is. Metrics are informative and not financial advice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, which for a free service is zero.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using TrustChurn after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain; disputes go to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
