Your data as a founder

• Email, to sign you in and send you alerts and summaries. Basis: the contract.
• What you write in your profile (name, website, description, X handle). Public, like the profile.
• Your icon, uploaded by you or read from your website: when you connect or change the website, we read its home page once to find the icon it links to and keep a copy. Public, like the profile.
• Your Stripe key, encrypted, and metrics derived from your Stripe data. Your churn and the numbers you choose to show are public.
• When you accepted the terms and which version, to show you agreed to a public profile.
• Web analytics: pages visited and a couple of clicks, cookieless and without storing anything in your browser. Basis: legitimate interest.

Your customers' data

When you open your private list or we email you an alert, we read your customers' names and emails from Stripe to show them to you. We act as your processor: we don't store them, use them for anything else or share them. We keep only Stripe ids, amounts, dates and statuses. When you disconnect, everything is deleted.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, yours or your customers', and we don't use it for advertising.

Processors

• Supabase: authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel: application hosting.
• Resend: delivery of the emails the app sends.
• Trfyx: web analytics, cookieless.
• Sentry: error monitoring in the EU, without personal data.

How long

Until you delete your account or disconnect. Email logs are kept 12 months.

Cookies

Only the session cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

TrustChurn is for founders. It isn't meant for anyone under 14, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If TrustChurn changes hands

If TrustChurn is sold or merged, the data moves with it and the new owner takes it on under this policy. You can disconnect at any time.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
